Unlike many business growth providers and programmes, Your Small Business Board is based around the wellbeing of the individual as well as the business.
Why are we different?
We created YSBB as we couldn’t find a programme that delivered what we knew businesses wanted post Covid:
Authentic ‘leave your game face at the door’, curious and compassionate business support.
Business support delivered by people who were actually running a business themselves with all the ups and downs it brings.
A programme based in reality, not theory or models, and that didn’t try to tell business owners what they should be doing; and in doing so simply further adds to the overwhelm they feel.
